I am a lodge owner seeking new insurance. Having looked at many companies I was becoming baffled with all the varying policies and in particular the policy rules around winter drain-downs. I was recommended to NACO and I have to say I was not disappointed. Polite knowledgeable staff, professional, transparent offering a quality, no smoke and mirrors, policy. I dealt with Joanne who was fantastic. Nice to talk to someone who knows what they are selling. Very reassuring. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. However I am confident about the product and the protection it now gives me. Thanks NACO

I was looking for insurance for my static caravan. NACO we're very quick responding with a quote and we're very friendly and extremely helpful when I spoke with them. They provided a competitive quote with a policy that provided everything I needed. I would recommend them.

I had absolutely no problem in completing the quotation form and then staring my caravan insurance.
Also the added bonus that the offices are very near my site and the premium was much cheaper than my previous insurer

We recently changed caravan insurance companies to use NACO and we are so pleased that we did. Sara O'Sullivan, in our local office in St Osyth, went above and beyond to make sure she got us the right quote, and she expedited the whole process as we needed everything quickly to purchase a new lodge. The service we received was outstanding and the price was extremely reasonable so we thoroughly recommend this company.
